- Assess client needs and overall vision, provide additional input
- Provide visual and spacial assessments of existing home
- Review plans and budget
- Set priorities, and project phases if needed
- Assist client with contractors and bids
- Assist client in project completion via materials and project scheduling to completion
- Assist client in needed Furnishings, Decor, movers, cleaners, organizers, donations, new purchases and arrangement of newly designed spaces
- Assist in getting project done by partnering with client
- Provide client list of all vendor and contractor contacts for future use and warranties
- Add and plan future phases to get home value maximized
